Wizaly uses artificial intelligence algorithms to generate insights into the impact of each interaction between a brand and a customer, including customer profile and type of interaction (advertisement, direct traffic, CRM, customer service).
USE CASE
For one of its clients, Wizaly conducted an analysis of the real impact of each social network on actual sales and proved the impact was 10 time more than what was previously measured. It is now in the process of extending its analysis to measure the impact of influencers.
Working with another client, Wizaly measured the ROPO (Research Online, Purchase Offline) effect between online interactions and store conversions by product category and customer profile, generating a 26% increase in marketing campaigns ROI.
