The Startup

Tailor-made solution for improving inclusion through continuous learning and interpersonal skills management.

PAIN POINT

The social responsibility of companies to be major transformative stakeholders in including cognitive disabled and people suffering from psychological diseases is huge, and not properly addressed. Companies do little to improve inclusion, not because they don’t wish to, but because they don’t know how to go about it. The way we recruit, treat, include, develop disabled people in companies – and even more generally the way we pass on know-how and help people to learn – must be transformed.

HOW IT SOLVES IT

Building on the AMIPI Foundation’s assets (over 50 years of expertise), AMIPI Conseil et Formation educates and makes organizations more inclusive through continuous learning and interpersonal skills management with tailor-made solutions.

AMIPI Conseil et Formation focuses on four areas:

• Tailor-made advice on disabled workers’ recruitment and integration.
• Qualiopi-certified training for managers and supervisors (changing attitudes towards disability; passing on knowledge in the best way possible…) and on-the-job training for people with disabilities.
• Supporting the designing of great products while developing their creators
• Advocacy for learning and inclusion inspired by the AMIPI model, based on cognitive science and mimetic psychology.

USE CASE

AMIPI Conseil et Formation supported COLART workshops about “changing attitudes towards disability” and helped to pass on their knowledge.
