BLOOM makes it possible to go further than the classic quantitative analysis of Social Media data. The startup collects entire conversations from a wider set of social networks, and preserves semantic, social & influence links. Its graph technology formats and provides access to this data, allowing new levels of analysis and weak signals identification. This results in highly qualitative and predictive insights for a lot of use cases (Strategy, Marketing, Targeting, Risks, Counterfeits, Sustainability…). 

USE CASE

When working with Ruinart, BLOOM identified the interests of the brand’s target audiences so it could better understand and connect with them. The startup also contributed to defining Ruinart’s content strategy and communication partnerships.
