HOW IT SOLVES IT
Cruz Foam are using patented, earth-digestible formulas to provide compostable foams and curbside recyclable paper-combined products such as wraps, mailers, and coolers to replace plastic bubble wrap and styrofoam for shipping cosmetics, beverages, and other fragile goods.
USE CASE
Cruz Foam signed a partnership with Atlantic Packaging – the largest privately held packaging company in North America – to distribute its novel sustainable solutions. Based on sales projections, Cruz Foam will be able to avoid the release of 53,000 tons of CO2 over the next three years. In July, Cruz Foam started shipping Cruz Cool™ (its curbside recyclable 48-hour cold chain product), and Cruz Wrap™ (its bubble wrap replacement for the safe transport of wine, spirits, and other fragile items). Additional products such as Cruz Pack™ mailers and Cruz Cush™ custom protective foam for crystal, fine china, appliances, electronics, cosmetics, and more, will be rolling out in the fall.
