USE CASE
Most Product Listing Ad visitors to celine.com come from mobiles, which performs poorly compared to other devices. But 1/3 of them are returning clients who generated more than 2/3 of the revenue. Improving the visitor experience – while offering a pixel-perfect and mobile-friendly experience (including better loading times with stunning product showcases) – was therefore essential for the brand. In late 2022, CELINE implemented Dataïads tech to upgrade customer experience for PLAs (Google & Meta) incoming traffic on the US e-commerce website, while boosting the average order value. Their plug-and-play technology and robust AB test protocol helped CELINE achieve excellent results with Smart Landing Pages: 22,5% faster loading time, 21pts lower bounce rate and up to a 215% rise in revenue per user. The US website’s success spurred CELINE to ask Dataïads to apply the strategy in six other countries: UK, DE, NL, JP, ES, and IT.
