USE CASE
Neobrain has helped managers at Moët Hennessy support the development of their teams, by enabling HR to dynamically identify internal skills. They integrated a skills assessment process, identified the skills gap, clarified IT jobs and expectations in terms of skills, matched profiles and job offers as well as profiles and training opportunities. 95% of employees completed the competency assessment campaign and over 33% of the suggested training courses were attended.
