The startup was born out of frustration that there was no metric that could measure the likelihood of a customer to choose one retailer or brand instead of another. Net Promoter Score does not actually do that, Customer Feedback cannot do that and no reliable data approach existed.
HOW THEY CAN HELP
Uncrowd uses hundreds of observed data points to describe how relatively attractive one retailer or brand is versus the competing alternatives. The startup measures customer friction and purchase rewards to deliver a platform that identifies how to increase relative attractiveness.
USE CASE
For JD Sports Uncrwod identified £71M of gains and dozens of potential improvements to make the brand more attractive.
